what ever happened to the belligerent binding company? I want to buy another
sinch strap but I cannot find any anywhere. any ideas where I could find
them?

I used the sinch strap for last couple of years. I bought it from
belligerent.com about 5 years ago. Very good concept, I'm surprised
it hadn't catched on more.

I think the company went under. It's still listed under snowboarding manufacturers:

but if you follow up the link:
http://www.belligerent.com/

you get a "Looking for something?" message, which is just a bunch
of marketing links.

I have not seen any other company selling the sinch strap ever.
Look into flow bindings: http://www.flow.com/home/
They still offer you the "straps" feeling with the step-in convenience.
