Holmenkollen jump tower from above

I came across this photo by Oddvin Lund
(he works for Oslo Skiforeningen) of the Holmenkollen
ski jump tower:

At first I thought the photo was taken from an airplane.
But closer reading shows that Oddvin was flying a kite

No way!

They are still arguing about the final location, i.e. there's approx 1/4
Billion NOKs to be saved by building the new big hill on the other side
of the rode, i.e. where the small hill used to be.

The deadline is the world nordic champs in Oslo, and that's 2010 or 2011
or so afair.
