Default Unique , Successful Mass Start Arrangment and Klister Application

Describes "block" starts that while takes a long time to clear the starting
field is apparently to the liking of citizen racers.

Also you'll see a photo of skiers practicing quick application of klister to
wet skis, necessary for the climb to Moena at the end of Marcialonga.

Finally individual start measurement! But how is this block start at
the Marcialonga any different than what the American Birkie does,
except for the individual start measurement?
