I have been using the new composite V2 skis with the stiff flex, they

medium or medium and slow combo seems like a good way to go.

You have to fuss with the adjuster on the v2's to get them to track
right, it's kind of a pain in the neck.

I guess what I had to say was so earth shaking I had to repeat it.
Hear ye hear ye.

How come nobody much uses the usenet groups any more? Where did
everyone go, something like facebook? This used to be a pretty lively
group. Is usenet just reserved fro the pedophiles and creeps sneaker
vendors now? Alas.

This group is lively compared to some others, rec.boats.paddle
for example. It is more quiet at the end of ski season and on
easter week-end i assume most are skiing or cycling now. I
am going cycling myself in a few minutes, just an hour or two to
be able to say i did something today.

There are some web based discussion groups that seem more
popular than usenet. For the paddling community, they completely
replaced usenet.

I think at least part of the problem is less consistent snow in places
some of the members are from. Sadly.
