Default More camber in shorter classic skis compared to longer?

OK, I'm mostly considering wood skis in this situation but maybe it
applies more broadly.

My racing Rossi Delta classics are quite soft 210. They close up real
quick and easy to the wax pocket. (They're pretty squirrelly skis,
too!)

My touring glass 210's are 'flappy' and soft, too. My wood 210 tourers
(Lampinen and Birkie): easy flex. My waxless 205 glassies: soft, low
camber.

My 205 touring woodies are STOUT! Splitkein Spesial---I'm going to race
on them at the Vasa half classic maybe. I've been out working on
dialing in my bamboo and 3-pin technique. Their camber is strong and
starts at the tips and tails and doesn't give an inch the whole way.

But my wife's 195 woody Lampinens are stiffest of all. Again, with
strong camber starting at tips and tails. Like, 12" in from tips and
tails the skis are about 3" apart when starting to squeeze camber. The
centers are about 6" it seems.

Anything in particular going on here or just different skis?

Say, anyone know how to put camber back into wood skis? Could I strap a
tall block in my 'flappy' 210's and get some camber back into them over
the summer? Could I steam them to help?
