Default Back home

Just catching up - thanks for all the positive comments, some of which
I may reply to later.

But the good news is I'm now home and in a good state. Physically I'm
just limited by the back surgery and general tiredness. Plus the
'corset' I need to wear for three months. Well, we'll see about that
;-)

The surgeon has categorically banned any form of back exercise until
that time, so I've reluctantly cancelled the 3-week xmas repping slot
I had booked in Flaine - I just won't be strong enough. But the
leading slot in March I still intend to make, hopefully with some
additional skiing before then. It's a low-grade holiday so I won't
need to push myself, but I'm confident I'll be fine by then.

Anyway, more later, but thanks again for the support.

Cancelling skiing sucks, but being alive good.

Sorry to hear about the accicdent but im glad you are on the mend
