Default Fitness tests? Links to NENSA or others?

Anyone know of any links or details for any decent all-round simple
fitness tests?

I'm thinking of the "backyard olympics" types of tests---pushups,
chinups, situps, dips, short runs---calibrated on a national level, so
one can see how one might rank in fitness.

Any online databases with the results of famous people in these tests?

Or, heck, why not set it up so that ANYONE can post their results and
see how they rank?

It's quicker than driving to the Birkie to see if I can beat JayT! : )

If there isn't a national database, maybe I could set one up! Or at
least maintain it if someone here helped me set it up. I'd be happy to
host a form that people could enter their scores into which would then
flow the results into a ranked list.

I know Cross Country Canada has just started doing this recently, they're building up a database from skiers in the categories Juvenile and up called the National Strength Test. The results are readily available in PDF format at the CCC website (http://cccski.com/dbfiles/763.pdf). They also have the best results of every age category. The results are based on the standardized strength test which goes as follows:
1 minute pull-ups
1 minute rest
1 minute pull-ups
1 minute rest
1 minute sit-ups
1 minute rest
1 minute sit-ups
1 minute rest
1 minute push-ups
1 minute rest
1 minute push-ups
1 minute rest
1 minute box jumps
1 minute rest
1 minute box jumps
1 minute rest
1 minute dips
1 minute rest
1 minute dips
1 minute rest
That's the whole test. Only 20 minutes, but a grueling 20 minutes. I don't know where you can find the results of the World Cup skiers.
Cheers
Adam
