Default Where's the weather and snow talk

Usually this place is awash with post and counter-post about when it's
going to snow, when it last snowed, how much it snowed, whether resort
A or resort B has better snow, etc. Where's it all gone?

I'm off to Tignes on 23rd Dec - come on guys, depress/elate/confuse
me!

There's lots of snow, so everybody's gone skiing? :-)

Makes a change, dunnit? I haven't seen the usual nay-sayers around for
a while actually.

Wot 'e said. Zermatt was great t'other w/e, but we're not going again
until xmas. But yes, there would seem to be plenty of snow around just
about everywhere.

Poor you ;-) Ten days is long enough.

Already been, to Limone, which is now our "local" hill, 90 minutes away.
It's OK for a couple of days at a time, and a nice feel to it. Be
interesting to see what it's like fully open, with a load of snow,
midweek - probably like Gressoney where you could get freshies days
after the last snowfall.

I went skiing in Austria (Seefeld) last weekend, there was heaps of snow.
Another 50cm at least forecast for the next few days, don't know where I'll
go this weekend though, too many choices

Swiss DRS TV online is forecasting snow from this Friday to Monday (at least).
I suspect it will be good; I'm hoping so. From what I gather, generally there's
snow everywhere, but not the depth that they'd like yet.

Are you going to be skiing the Gemsstock or Naetschen? When are you there
until? I may bump into you...
