Not that I know very much about women's boards... but have you
consider the Salomon Ivy? I really like Salomon boards and I assume
the Ivy is like the mens boards more or less. I've also seen it rated
highly on reviews. Just a suggestion.

Women's calf's are shaped differently than men's, so men's boots really
do not work well when worn by a lady, and men's bindings backs are
uncomfortable.

My wife wears Salomon Silks with a Drake F50 women's binding.
I purchased a Rossignol Diva snowboard for the package. This was rated
very well last year for a women's board.
Women's boards have a narrower waist to accommodate a lady's smaller foot.

Regards,

Chris

My wife has a Solomon Ivy, her first board, and it has served her well.
She bought it a few years ago, and she hasn't outgrown it yet.
