Default A Duluth XC Ski Club

There was one?--Fletch (I think)

If anybody's got any tips on how to start and maintain a good vibrant
XC ski club, let's hear them. Particularly regarding any gotchas to
creating the Club as a non-profit 501c3 corporation. I'm part of a
group of people that's looking into starting an XC Ski Club here in
Duluth, MN. Hard to believe there isn't one, so we're trying to make
one.

I'm aware there are some web resources for this like on XCskiworld.com
as an AXCS member. I'm more interested in first person accounts.

Thanks.
Shmo
