We canceled our Brian Head trip for the first week in December because we thought there wouldn't be enough snow. So far we're correct, but the locals are having a lovely time. -- Cheers, Bev xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox "Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats." -- H.L. Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain expect to be open on Thursday. http://www.boyne.com/Winter/Two_Moun...Highlands.html There's no need to fear if Trunky is near. |

I skied it on Saturday for day 2 of the season. (day 1 was the Wednesday prior at Mt Holly.) Then it turned warm and they closed again. I was hoping today would be day 3, but the warm spell killed that idea. Next stop: Vermont this Friday and Saturday. Not exactly sure where. //Walt Jay Peak, Sugarbush and Killington all report partially open. |

Unless you just can't stand to wait. Let's see, I have a free hotel night coming, and the grinding noise from the front end of my truck can be ignored by turning up the radio... |
