I can do you better than that! I had a colonoscopy a few months ago,
and posted the resulting image to Facebook. Perhaps if we were Facebook
friends you could see it.

One of my best friends died of colon cancer at 42, leaving behind 3
teenage kids. I don't joke about colonoscopys anymore and recommend
that anyone over 40 get one. With proper sedation, they are painless
and easy.

The prep you drink the night before and morning of isn't bad at all.
I've done enough foreign travel that on a unpleasant diarrhea scale of
1-10, it was a zero.
