Brian's Head, Utah
Wondering how the skiiing and lodge are at Brian's Head.
How about the drive in? Thinking about trying it this spring...late March. Any comments? |

Most of the lodging is in the form of condos and cabins in Brian Head. There are a few full service lodges though. Deals can be had late season. It is a rather high altitude ski area thus ample snowfall in most years. Other choices to stay are in Parowan or Cedar City. The main road into Brian Head is well plowed in the winter but is steep especially the last 1/2 mile before town. Skiing is on two seperate mountains. Beginners are pretty much on one mountain, everyone else on the other. The town is very small. Only a few stores and restaurants. |
