Default Tahoe

Hi all,

I'm planning my second snowboarding trip ever (gave up skiing last year). I
want to go to Tahoe this year, but I've never been. I'm looking at rentals
near Heavenly.

I noticed that there are quite a few resorts on the exact opposite side of
the lake.

My question is, will Heavenly keep me busy for the three days I'll be there
or should I look at the other side of the lake so I'll have more options?

Should I even go to Heavenly?

Other helpful suggestions?

Thanks!
David

Default Tahoe

From someone of your presumed skill level (2nd time boarding ever, I'd
recommend the slightly less expensive, smaller, and less crowded
Sierra at Tahoe. http://www.sierratahoe.com Its about 20 minutes
from Heavenly.

They have decent rental packages there and usually have 2-for-1 lift
ticket, or rental/ticket coupons available at local grocery stores, or
McDonalds, etc. Depends on the season. Lots of good green and blue
there, some of which are quite long.

Maybe then try Heavenly the 3rd day for a change of scenery. Sierra
would probably bore even an intermediate boarder on a 3rd day in row.

Just a thought.

Brian.
