Another Ski Swap This Weekend - Rochester, NY

If you can't make it to Minneapolis, maybe you can come to NYS - The
NEW Rochester Cross Country Ski Foundation (RXCSF) will be conducting
its' 2005 Annual XC Ski Expo & Sale on November 19th starting at
9:00AM. The event location is at the Honeoye Falls Lima Middle School
located on Quaker Meetinghouse Road in Honeoye Falls, NY.

The Expo & Sale has several components to serve the pre-season needs of
Rochester-area cross country skiers:

- A "new" ski equipment sale including leading XC Ski retailers
from around New York State including Park Ave Bike Shop, Ski Company of
Rochester and High Peaks Cyclery of Lake Placid.
- A "used" ski equipment sale conducted in partnership with the
Genesee Valley Bill Koch Youth Ski League.

- A ski education program with short-courses for casual and sport
skiers alike.
- Informational and membership sign-up booths for local XC Ski
organizations including RXCSF, Rochester Nordic Ski Club, New York
State Ski Racing Association, Genesee Valley Nordic Ski Patrol, WNY
Biathlon, and the Genesee Valley Bill Koch Youth Ski League.
- A pre-season ski waxing service provided by the HFL High School Ski
Team. Have your skis waxed while you shop and learn!
