Maybe wearing a helmet instead of a tiara can help you push a little bit
more?

I'm watching the event right now. T. Poutiainen just took first with her
second run. The skiing these athletes are doing is nothing short of
impressive, excellent, outstanding. Could the conditions be much worse!
It's commercial time; I can't wait to see Julia Mancuso make the run that
will beat TP's time and give her the Gold! Makes me want to keep my whining
to a minimum when I'm faced with flat light conditions. She looks great!
Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooold! Well
earned! A beautiful run! And a beautiful made in the USA smile.

Pretty nice wasn't it !!!!

Did you see that one chick that hooked up and got flung into the air?
I know that feeling. It really gives a visible notion of the kind of
power built up in reverse camber. And what "snap" can do for your
skiing if you know how to use it.

Yeah, even knowing the outcome, it was great to watch.

A true lesson in physics.
