In order to get a release to have any sort of chance of working, you
have to prove that the person understood and agreed to the risk. Buying
a ticket with legal babble printed on the back is useless. A signed
release form is better, but still no guarantee. Mostly release forms
make people *think* they can't sue, and so reduce the number of suits
brought.
