Good'n'bad cholesterol, ratios, etc. ...

Default Good'n'bad cholesterol, ratios, etc. ...

The last I checked, mine was 128LDL/63HDL. Now, I guess both numbers are
kind of high, with the HDL being higher than desired as well (normal
being something like 30-60), but with the result being a great ratio. I
had some fancy sports med people once tell me mine was a no-worries
situation, but someone recently said I should get it rechecked and that
there is such a thing as too much "good" cholesterol. Well, I suppose
all things in moderation...

So anyone here know if it's the total or the ratio or a little of both,
etc.?

The total should be less than 200. Ratio is more important, than the
actual numbers. Your numbers are indeed great.
