Exactly. You're posting the same old **** about the same old ****.
Pointless.
Also suggest you drop it.

Any criticism of Bob Thompson calling me a child molester, or
threatening my life?
Of course not. You've skied with this freak, drank with this freak,
supported this freak in his stalking.
Which says all any decent human being needs to know about you. What a
scumbag!!!!!

C'mon. It's been 11 years. A comical mix of insane rantings over that

Uh, Yeah, thanks for the tip.

I have been posting here occasionally for the past ten years or so and
I actually have you klillfiled. Not, I suspect that you care but
that's the facts. I manage to make it a pretty readable group where I
see what I want and ignore what I see that I don't like. Haven't
posted in response to any of the crap flying around in a few years now
and don't care to be involved in it.

Well, your right. I don't care. I suspect that I am no longer the one
that skis the most on the group.

Just in case you missed it, Scott and I were having a conversation
that was NEARLY skiing related - snow, cold, wind related at least -
that got hijacked by Horvath and you.

Hijacked? That's a bit extreme for just asking you to eliminate his
quotes in your posts. Go ahead and have your conversation with him if
you think you can believe anything he says.

We've come to a plan that has made this group more tolerable than it
has been in years. And we are all quite happy knowing that the way to
hurt him most is to ignore him and take away his podium. Something
I've been doing and asking for on and off for years. Suddenly it
sounded like a good idea to many and as near as I can tell is a huge
success.

Will it negatively effect you in anyway to just not quote him?

Have anythign to say about the topic of the thread at all?

Just another overblown forecast.

Maybe that's why I only read you if someone replies to one of your
rants, *like this one.

That's fine. That's our plan for trunky.

By all means keep talking to him. You'll see.

Bob, I have no desire to get into this and in fact will not beyond
this post:

You are disingenuous in the extreme. You want to make it better you
claim, but you all too frequently post crap that keeps it not better.
Don't respond directly but keep taking shots from the oblique angles.
Make statements that we all (who have been here a while) know the
subtext of but claim that you are not talking to Scott directly and
are therefore blameless for the results. You are Horvath but without
the "gumption" to do it directly and nothing better (YOU wrote: Seems
a bit extreme to me ** for a post or two... ** but you gotta do what
you gotta do."[emphasis added]). Funny how there were at least three
such responses in this thread alone, go look at the cxrap you are
spewing. You complain about the word "hijack" in my response to you,
but go back and read what you posted; it is a hijack of a thread about
at least snowish things. You can claim that it is a plea to not quote
Scott but that is silly, and it is an infantile argument and anyone
who understands the history of this "place" can see that from your
invocation of names best left in the past. Besides, the post you are
responding to was about snow in the NW and in Seattle! The horror
that I or we should talk about that. You want to ignore, him, you
claim, but you demonstrably can't. Ignore him or don't but you get no
moral high ground for doing neither and claiming the former. You rail
against my "overblown forecast" (and maybeit was, it was only -13F
when I parked at work today) but you post obsessively almost about
California's educational system and its pricing structure and myriad
off-topic issues. The last you do in the most self-serving ways that
indicate a lack of clear and critical thinking beyond what is best for
you and yours, ignoring any notion of the commons or larger questions
of logical argument. That is why you get no readership from me; you
are not a true person here. Your politics and need to self-aggrandize
aside (Why do I care if you are the person posting here who skis the
most days?), this is not the place for what you post or how you post
it. If you want to make it a better place to talk about skiing and
almost skiing related things then stop interfering with those who are
trying to make it that and tend to the plank in your own eye. I am not
persuaded by your bloviating. Make it better or don't but stop
pretending.

I am out and done.

AND, in grand RSA style (re)PLONK!

Fire away, I will not read it, and if I do because someone else
replies to it I will not respond.

Sure has. The volume of threats, lies, defamations, false

Agreed. He's in my (very small) kill-file and looks like staying there
