PS: Back from week of Minnesota workouts...

PS: The best thing about the workouts was that they were HILLY. Man, I
miss the hills.

Oh, I also got into a mightly fine V2 rollerski groove on the last
workout. Something clicked and I started using a very relaxed very
forward tilt/lean that was really working. I was hanging nicely
between the poles. --I used the same tricks I learned on my last day
of steep uphill skating last spring on the crust skiing when I figured
out how not to bog down on the uphills by hanging down between the
poles and keeping the poles close to my chest.

One of the guys at the Seminar is an ex hockey star and bodybuilder
who isn't familiar with outdoor sport but who rides really strongly
for exercise. (Had his bike set up crazy, tho.) He came by me while I
was V2ing up a hill and later said "Man, you were really driving into
that hill." He's seen hockey, but I showed him a little XC. ---Too bad
I didn't figure out that lean until a few minutes later.
