Snow in Colorado
Update:
3 more areas open for a total of 8. So now it's: Eldora, Winter Park, Loveland, A-Basin, Breck, Copper, Silverton, and Wolf Creek. The storm I mentioned last Thursday was small to medium - several inches at most areas with a big dump at Wolf Creek which now has all lifts and most runs open. Another bigger storm ongoing today. A friend called from Glenwood Springs to say he was trapped in a blizzard. Couldn't get over Vail Pass. Vail, Beaver Creek, and Monarch open this coming weekend (21, 22 Nov). Now, I'm off to San Diego to console the Charger fans. Broncos rule! TCS (The Colorado Skier) Colorado skiing is now under way. Enjoy! |
