Jon Bond just jealous because the sum total of precipitation here the past few days has been 4" of rain and 3/4" snow... |

I think that was just that moment when he snapped the photo. It's a pretty tight spot and I was trying to figure out where he was hiding (so we don't just end up waiting for each other in different places - I'm sure you've all been there), which will always add to the effect. I usually keep 'em more like this: http://mattb.net/images/2003-11-15%20(WC)/matt%20tree%20jump1.jpg (not the waving guy). Jon Bond just jealous because the sum total of precipitation here the past few days has been 4" of rain and 3/4" snow... Yuck! Matt |

It didn't snow Monday in Summit County (Oootah), but it has every day since Christmas Eve. It snows, it settles, the wind blows and it snows some more. I'd guess near the summit (only about 7K ft.), there is roughly 5 more feet of snow than mid-December. And it's still snowing... What summit are you talking about? PC main street is about 7K? Isn't Parley's about 8400? I'll look today if there's a sign. pigo |

You slowly climb back up into PC once you bottom out at Jeremy Ranch (6,300'). BoftheW |
