Sorry, but I'm not one of those effete art snobs who needs to hang
paintings in his house to show everyone how cultured and refined I am.

Besides, velvet makes me sneeze.

Anyone see any good superbowl commercials? My favorite was the Thor
movie. I also liked the Captain America movie and the Pirates of the
Caribbean movie along with the Transformers 3 movie.

Finally Snickers had a decent commercial. Two years ago when they
showed two men kissing I vowed never to buy another Snickers bar. Last
year when they showed Betty White getting tackled in the mud I was
disgusted. This year seeing Rosanne getting knocked down by a log
almost redeemed them.

I was pretty disappointed by the commercials...and that's all watch of
the super bowl. I always the Captain America and Thor were two of the
lamer superheroes, so I'm glad to see their movies look good.

I admit Capt. America was a lame superhero, he didn't have any
superpowers, but he was made up during WW2 and that's what the people
wanted at the time.

But Thor was a GOD. He was always one of my favorites. If you have
an Iron Man 2 DVD watch the scene after the credits. I thought they
were setting up for IM3 but now I realize they were setting up for
Thor. I can now assume SHIELD (Samuel L. Jackson), will be in this
movie.

I don't have the DVD, but I'll take your word for it. Maybe I gave up
on Thor too soon. It was just that a BFH* didn't seem like much of a
superpower

You hang out in rsa. You will never convince anyone that you are
cultured and refined.

Besides, velvet makes me sneeze.

So Horvie's Little Lord Fauntleroy outfit gives you the sniffles?

I just do it to impress the ladies, and the staff.

Cockroaches are not a staff, and inflatable love dolls cannot be
impressed.

Star Wars Volkswagen was ok, Thor looks like a good movie, beyond that

Great game....

Worst 1/2 time show

I saw one or two commercials that made me chuckle. Nothing up to
Superbowl standards though. Only of the occasional entertaining
commercial standard. But after all these Superbowls that could be in
the perception too? Not that I would ever buy a car from a government
car company, but enima disgusts me enough that it goes double now. Nor
would I use go daddy. And likewise their use of that worn out hag
rivers would actually make me avoid them now. Darth was the only one
that came close. But IMO it was an 8 of 10.

1/2 time was indeed hard to watch. I had to mute Fergies screeching
but it turned out to be the most "musical" part of the show. That
should be the new example for "lowering the bar".

Darth Vader Jr. was cool. But the best car commercial was the Kia one
where the car gets stolen by a helicopter, he's taking it to a big
yacht, then Poseidon comes out of the sea and steals the car, then
UFO's steal the car. Then it gets sucked through a hole and ends up
at the feet of a Mayan King. Beats Darth Vader Jr. by a mile.

Great game....

The game sucked. Green Bay Crappers were ahead all the way.

Worst 1/2 time show

Got that right. They were no Paul McCartney. But they didn't suck as
much as I thought they would.

I've heard that the bands are only reimbursed for expenses only. They
don't make a penny.

Vote for Palin-Brown in 2012. Repeal the nightmares.

I hate to imagine how you'd describe yourself.
