Maybe I should move to PHX? Or just buy a house/condo there? For
winter use? I hear that things are pretty cheap there now.

Bob have you looked at property in PHX?

Sure he has. He's tired of having to come up with EMERGENCY GOLF
TRIPS everytime I visit Utah.

To Paraphrase "Arrested Development" about Arizona, but you have to live
there..

Are you describing the size of Brain Fried Bob's nads? Or a grown man
who calls himself Dick Gozinya?

Your fascination with nads and dicks is truly frightening. That's all
you talk about in every post. No wonder everyone has killfiled you.

Parts of Arizona should be training grounds for penal colonies on
other planets, or when our ant overlords take over, (courtesy of Ken
Brockman and the Simpsons) Much like Florida is really nice this time
of year, the other nine months in Arizona and Florida are just brutal.

I sort of go by the rule of thumb, if the place is pleasant for
Marmots, it is a good place to live. Ditto for Coffee trees, which
basically need air conditioning 24/7..

The only place I would even consider living in Arizona is high up like
Sedona or places like Flagstaff. Every other places should be turned
into like Georgia before Revolutionary War: Penal Colonies.

Not Scottsdale

Well, a permanent move isn't the plan. More of an Oct. thru June condo
or something. My thinking is that places with snow should get the
penal colonies.

And before YKW starts getting all excited, by "penal colonies" we mean
places you are familiar with as _prisons_ not "playthings".
