Default Thomas Alsgaard on training

He stated that he generally trained shorter hours but more intensely than his
peers and that worked for him...he sayed that you can train longer with less
intensity or shorter with more intensity and still get similar results...he
said he NEVER trained or raced with a HR monitor...said he did it all by feel
and percieved exertion...thats what worked for him...he said he would never
consider training with an HR monitor because his body told him everything he
needed to know...also confessed he would go by a set training schedule for only
2 to 3 days at a time before he would deviate due to how his body felt... and
no one knew that better than himself.
