Campervan in St.Anton ?

Does anyone have any experience of taking a campervan to St.Anton
during the ski season ? I think there is a campsite in Nasserein, but
I'm not sure if it's open .

Any general tips on using a campervan in ski resorts would be welcome,
or suggestions for possible ski resorts where it's easy.

How well insulated is it?

Not sure - the van is a four year old Autosleeper Talisman, and is
advertised as being 'double insulated'. Don't know any technical
data. I was kind of assuming that an electric hook-up and the van's
heating system would keep me comfy ...

Bourg St Maurice has a good campings (La Versoyen - has a website) with a free
shuttle to the funiculaire up to Les Arcs.
It is possible to stay on the parking near to the base station of the
funiculaire if you can be independent, which we usually do for the first couple
of nights and perhaps the last couple of nights. In the valley it can be very
pleasant weather, at Easter especially, with good skiing possibilities higher
up including a 'free' day in Val on the les Arcs pass.
Gas can be a problem though - you can't get Calor in France and you do need
propane if the temperature goes below zero.
Try Norfolk Line - Dover to Dunkerque. We've found them the cheapest over the
last 4 years or so. Plus no coaches or foot passengers so no screaming kids
running around and bags of space usually. Takes 2 hours- but for us no problem.
We stay in Popperinge on the last night to stock up on Belgian beer!!!

Just park on the hughe parcing space, just opposite of the shell gas
station. It's when you leave Nasserein and go up to St Jakob.
