They make the strap in different sizes. I've seen two (medium and
large) and supposedly they make small and extra-large.

Swix pro strap size is glove dependent. I'm a small medium in the
summer and a large for my lobsters in the winter. Have you gone back to
the seller and asked if something can be worked out? Straps can be
bought separately, but are very expensive unless you find someone
discounting them. Otherwise, buy a pair of their cheaper poles w/ the
straps and sell the poles with the used straps at next season's swap
(unless the straps fit for hiking or rollerskiing). Swix sizes the
straps to the pole length, so that poles roughly 145/150 or longer are
large, maybe 130-140 are medium and under that are smalls (approx).
