John Dee weather forecast

The St. Paul Paper (Pioneer Press) had a nice article today about a
winter weather forecaster in the UP of Michigan named John Dee. If you
live in the in the Upper Midwest USA you should check out his web
site....www.johndee.com/forecast.for a very detailed narrative about
short and long term forecasts. He also provides a 4 day graphic of
predicted snowfall levels that has been pretty accurate this year

Although much of his info is directed at snowmobilers it is so
refreshing to hear from a weather guy who is really excited about
snow. The article in the paper talks aboput how he has tried to
specalize in the ability to predict snow and cold weather. It is the
first weather site I go to when I get a chance. Right now he is
talking about the "Kamchatka Connection" for around New Years Day
