Jep It's normal open. More infos how many lift and Slopes are open at
the Homepage from Zermatt. And it's meanwhile the whole year open,
since they get the Galcier Chairlift.

Hi, Johannes,

Thanks for your reply!

Do you have any indication of a nice Hotel real CLOSE to the Gondola?

Thanks!

Flavio

There are three main ski areas in Zermatt, each with an entry from the
village. The Klein Matterhorn area is reached by a series of gondolas and
cable cars. Sunnega is reached by underground tram. The Gornergrat area is
reached by a train. So look for lodging that is as convenient to all three.
It's not easy!

Hi, Richard,

I've been there once on September for summer skiing, but the Hotel I was in,
was too far from the Gondola and I had to walk a lot!! That's why I'm
looking for something closer!

Thanks for the input!
