Default Miller in 2nd so far

FIS has a "live" update of the downhill race at
http://81.201.201.56/live/2003/m/index.html

It shows Miller in 2nd, Raich in 11th. Kjus in 1st. I think this is
after one run.

It's official, Kjus won, Miller 2nd, Strobl 3rd. Walchofer tied for 4th
(with Maier), so he wins the downhill title.

After one run? Was this a two run DH? :-)

I'll show my ignorance. Do they do two run downhills? I thought they
used to. Anyhow, results are final.

I'm pretty sure all SG and DH races are one run. I could be wrong and they
certainly may have used to run two. It would certainly make things
interesting. For DH, I think they also use practice runs to determine start
order.

Anybody know for sure?

Never that I heard of. DH, one run with practice runs. SG, one run
with inspection only. GS, two runs with inspection, SL, two runs with
inspection.

I'm not sorry Kjus won. He's a dude.
