Earliest snowboarding in US

Cataloochee opened yesterday (Oct 28), joining Timberline, A Basin & Loveland as the only resorts open so far. Wild Mountain, MN also opened Oct 28th. Sunday River, Maine opened today 31 Oct. That brings the October count up to 6. Killington VT says that they will open Sunday Nov 2. //Walt
