Default snowing again

Have to postpone my suntanning a few more days.

Made a few AM runs, but knocked off early.

BTW, if anyone's thinking of skiing, Alpine Meadows hours of operation
are 8am to 1pm in May. Tickets are $29. Summit lift is running - the
hike-to bowls are great skiing.

Trust me, if it was within 500 miles or so, you'd see me there.

Are the weather pundits there saying anything about el nino? We are very
worried that a new one is brewing... your heavy preceip. might be an
indicator (you get rain, we get drought).

Well, it rained here in San Diego the last two days. And my Aussie
sister-in-law is in town for a visit. When I came home, the TV was showing
au-rule football highlights.

The way things are going, they won't be able to water those footy fields
soon. They have already stopped for most ovals; all of them in country towns
whose water supplies are dwindling.

aussie rules, btw, is the main code in only a few states. For the rest of
us, it's rugby league or union. I can see why they don't show a lot of rugby
in the US. It would worry the gridiron people.

My Alma Mater side once again won the whole enchilada.

Translate that. And hoist another beer.

The mob you used to play for, or the uni you once attended, won the grand
final? (again?).

Unis never win anything here, we don't have sports scholarships.
