skiing in DC?
I will be on a business trip in Ashburn, VA, all of the next week (~20
miles north of Wash DC). Judging from the weather forecast, the temps are going to remain around freezing for a while, so I am thinking to take a pair of back-country skis with me to wander in the woods (right next to the company building I will be visiting). How has golf-course skiing been after the big one? Probably won't have enough time to drive anywhere with groomed trails.
