It's that time of year! What's best: Theraband BAND or TUBE?
Hey all! It's time to start rollering and wailing away on the
therabands. Anyone here have a preference for the bands or the tubing? I've been using the bands in my backyard, attached to a strap around a tree limb. They seem fine. I use MAX GOLD. After a couple years the latex rots and the band breaks. I'm going to try to figure out a way to make an easy to remove attachment that doesn't end up flying off and whacking me. --JP outyourbackdoor.com
