OLN Coverage of World Cup?

Does anyone know if OLN is planning to cover the World Cup this
season?

If they are not, do you think it is too late to pester them into it?

C'mon there must be at least enough nordic interest to displace some
of the PBR coverage.

I second the motion to have many people e-mail OLN to get nordic world
cup coverage. Remember to specify nordic because otherwise they may
assume you may want more alpine coverage. Also mention that biathlon
is cool too because they are nordic skiers with guns. Mention to OLN
how disappointed you were with last year's lack of coverage.

All this brings me to a thought OLN should try to get Nina
Kempell(sp?) and/or Justin Wadsworth to do the color commentary for
Nordic events if they need commentators. If we get enough people
e-mailing OLN they might even do same day coverage or even live
coverage of the world cup. OLN could cover domestic events like the
NorAm SuperTour, National Championships, Birke, Keskinada, Spring
Series, etc.

I tried this last year after Freeman won the U23 worlds and Spillane won the
gold in Nordic Combined at the Worlds. I actually got a reply that was fairly
snotty, so I don't think they really give a s*** whether or not people would
like to see it. The irony is, I originally signed up several years ago to get
Nordic coverage. The only reason I still watch is because of the TDF. As soon
as that fades, hopefully not soon, there won't be a reason to watch it anymore.
Unless you like rednecks fishing and people riding bulls.
