Default Wot Heathwave - any new snow?

So there I was in Geneva for the weekend, thought I'd pop up to Chamonix
and view the sights from Aiguille de Midi.

Not so, rain, low cloud and cool temps!

Forecast appears to have snow about around 2500m, anyone know if it
happened?

regards,

Greg

there was some new snow down to 2100 meters on the Glacier du Grande
Motte at Tignes and elsewhere in the Haute Savoie (no I'm not actually
there but spoke with some friend who are tonight) - you may have found
around 5-10 cm of fresh powder to ski on if you'd looked carefully.

Yes, to about 2100/2200 metres maybe round the Mt Blanc area. Hard to
see but in between breaks in the cloud it's there.

regards,

Greg
