Which one of them is good for us in SoCal?

BTW, I got 'new' ski boots for $15. Maybe 10-YO Nordica Next 7.0,
exactly my size, excellent condition and amazingly comfy -- I don't need
to have the left one blown out. Hubby accused me of wanting to take
them to bed with me just because I wore them around the house for a few
hours :-(

El Nino is the one you want. And apparently it's the one you're going to get. Aside from the fact that they make this **** up to fit their agenda's these days, I've seen this one in action. So if it's out there and as strong as they say, it could be a good water year.

I've got a pair of 10 year old Rossignol racing boots up in the attic. I wonder if anyone could use those? Size 9-10

You wore them in the house? for hours? I wouldn't be able to stand
the sound of them on my beautiful hardwood floors.

Hey - I never thought of that. I think I'll add an old pair of ski boots
to my collection of ropes and chains and restraints and whips and power
tools.

There's a joke somewhere involving snowboards and bondage...
