Donek boards?

IMO, Kevin wasn't advertising. Personally, I have no problem with folk
from
companies providing helpful info, which is what Kevin did.

It's a fine line, isn't it? I've been accused of "advertising" for Donek
more times than I can count, even though money has only gone from me to them
and not the other way around

Aside from that, Donek are a bit of an institution here on r.s.s, and it
wouldn't be the same without Sean popping in the odd comment about the
boards he makes, and that are clearly so well-loved by a lot of the riders
here.

I'm honestly surprised we don't get announced visits other small board
makers, like Prior, Never Summer, Inca, etc. You'd think some of them
would notice that Donek has indeed become an "institution" at several online
forums.

The hardbooters among us do see more of Sean's peers online. Bomber and
Catek (both binding manufacturers) run forums on their sites and of course
the owners are active in the forums. Sean Martin, as well as Bruce Varsava
(Coiler Snowboards) and John Gilmour (Madd Snowboards) and Nils (Swoard
Extreme Carver - posts here too, often regarding swallowtails) participate
regularly and always in a positive way.
