Default Vail

Dear Friends:

This newsletter update announces our first ever Ski Vacation Auction which
we are conducting here for the next month in addition to some new
development news for next season.

Up for bidding are three separate weeks in Vail and Breckenridge. You

may bid on...

1. A deluxe 1 bedroom/2 bath unit at Marriott's Streamside at Vail, arrival
January 16 for 7 nights
2. A deluxe 1 bedroom/2 bath unit at Marriott's Streamside at Vail, arrival
January 23 for 7 nights
3. A deluxe Studio unit at Marriott's Breckenridge Mountain Valley Lodge,
arrival Feb 8 for 7 nights

1 & 2 - The regular published rate for these units is $335/night. Bidding
starts at $80/night with a ceiling (maximum bid) of $180/night (46% off).
Sleeps up to 8 (4 comfortably)

Web Site for property details:

3 - The regular published rate for this unit is $200/night ($230 2/13 & 14).
Bidding starts at $40/night with a ceiling of $140/night (30% off). Sleeps
up to 4 (2 comfortably).

Web Site for property details:

This auction will last until August 20th, unless or until the ceiling is
reached. Highest bid wins. Send all bids or any questions to this address.
Your bid will be acknowledged instantly via email.

Included in these dates, you will automatically receive group discounted
lift passes. Bidding not required. You need not bid on the above to obtain
these rates below so long as your travel dates are within our travel
timeframe.

These are group discounted rates within the timeframe of January 17 thru
February 15, 2004:

3 of 5 days $59/day $177
4 of 6 days $55/day $220
5 of 7 days $49/day $245

5+ $49/day thereafter

The compares to the regular lift ticket rate of $73-$74/day (not officially
released) and the Vail Resort PEAKS rate of $65/day. Definitely the 5 day
group pass is the better bargain.
