Default Help! Salomon Active Pilots a good choice? Size?

Ankle stability ...

Don't forget the old "write the alphabet with your toe" exercise...it
may sound trivial but it runs the ankle through a wide range of motion
& has the virtue of being something you can do at work or in other down
time.
