Default Just got my Jesenik rollerskis! SUPER!

I just got my shipment of Jesenik classic rollerskis. They seem SUPER!

Emil shipped them from Czech on 5/21 and I got them today, 5/28. Not
bad!

His skaters start at about $60 a pair. These classics are about $100.
He makes the WHOLE range, up to high end 100mm racing skis.

Shipping to the US is an extra $25.

What's best is that he was able to accept a simple American personal
check.

I'm impressed.

Now I need to mount them and TRY THEM OUT! They have narrowish wheels
compared to what I've seen befo 35mm wide. Fingers crossed!

Let me guess Jeff - you ordered from them b/c you liked the eery
rainbow background on their web page. Kidding. Please keep us posted
on how the rollerskis perform.

The beam looks standard.

So we all can use these nice 30x70 rubber wheels in other models.
Only bushings and spacer are different.
Rubber wheel is cheaper than PU wheel - quite unusually but pleasant.

They should have better "snow feel" than 100 wheels but at the same
time greater "face plant" ratio. Oh well...

Traction control is unfortunately missing.

Actually, STARTs are in the same price range - in Europe, at least. I
got my yellow skating STARTs for $90 and they are the best hard-wheel
r.skis Ihave.
