Default Tail attachment for skins

I am looking for a replacement tail attachment hook for my skins that
originally came with the BD/Ascension skins. They stopped making them a
couple of years ago and rather than replace the whole tip/tail
attachment I tought I would see if I could find a replacement hook. The
hook piece has three holes in it for riveting on to the skin and then
has a 3/8" tab that come out and wraps around to hook on to your ski. I
have tried to draw a picture of it below.
