You have to be careful what you say otherwise someone from Samoens shouts at you, but is it really any use, the new lift ? There's still no reasonable bus service round the town so arguably all they've achieved is moving the car park everyone drives to. A car park cleverly positioned on the entrance to the station to cause maximum chaos at 4pm on a weekend. And what good does riding the new lift do you ? You just end up at the same pair of chair lifts you did before, only now because the new lift is quicker the queues can form much faster. Then you get of one of the two chairs and join a queue for the next one. Very much half a job I reckon if even that. |
