Default skiing without socks?

Are there any issues in skiing without socks, assuming that the boot is
comfortable?

Slighty different in that I have snowboard boots - mine are custom =
fitted (both footbed and foam liner) so I only have to wear thin socks =
and I find it plenty warm and comfortable enough.
