ACL recon update

Its been four weeks today since my ACL surgery. My second post-op
follow-up was yesterday, and the surgeon is very pleased with my
recovery.

In rehab I'm walking without brace or crutches. One more week and I'll
be out of both for good. My quads are doing well, my calf is starting
to come back. I have perfect extension, and flexion is up to 118
degrees prone (more when seated).

Overall I'm happy with how things are going. I feel like I'm getting
better pretty fast, despite being careful not to overdo things.

Now bring on the snow
