Default Anyone know anything about convert "vortex satellite"

I was looking at two Convert jackets. One was the "vortex satellite" model.
The other I can't remember the name but looked to be a newer model. The
vortex said waterproof 5000mm, just showed omnitech faberic but did not
mention the waterproofness, just showed some diagram of how it worked
inside.

Does anyone know with what degree of waterproof the omnitech is? Should I
just go with the one that shows 5000mm?

Jackets are the same price, but the omnitech one was orignally 25 more (175)

TIA!
