Sorry Guys,

I'm keeping those Fischers! You need to ask the guys on the Factory
Team. I'm with FSx now.

I'll second that order Jay just placed.
175 pounds on a good day.

Now I just need some money. The $800 ticket to Sweden cleaned out the
savings.

That is not necessarily true. Nobody ever sells the "best" skis, but
that does not mean that good skis are not sold.

Of course, I have never sold any of my skis before, but I have heard
rumors of some sponsored racers who get rid of good skis because they have
better skis in the quiver that cover the same conditions. When you have
been sponsored by the same company for 11 years, you end up with a lot of
skis and you always keep the truly exceptional pairs. But for a new pair of
skis to make it into the top rung of my quiver, they have to be REALLY good.
I don't want to carry a pair of skis around if I will never be racing on
them.

For the past few years, I've usually traded these pairs of skis that are
good, but not necessarily amazing, with teammates. For example, I have a
pair of skis that I do 90% of my skate races on. They excel in a lot of
conditions, but they are dialed in to just below freezing. I had two pairs
of skis that had been in the quiver for years that covered the same
conditions. As soon as I got this new magical pair, they did not get raced
on once in two seasons. So I traded them to teammates who had similar
situations with different conditions.

So, theoretically, the same could probably happen where someone sells a
pair of skis under similar circumstances....

Yeah, I almost forgot. I beat Marcus Nash at the Birkie a couple of
years ago. How do I know he didn't try hard from the 5th wave?...
Another great skier I beat is Chad Giese. I've beaten him twice. The
first time, I beat him bad, the second time was closer. That was in
golf though. Here's a standing offer to any big shot skier... Let's
play golf. You win, I pay, I win, you pay...
