Default Summer skiing

I am considering a day at Tignes skiing in August . My intention is to stay
overnight in La Thuille and drive (1 hr I believe) to Tignes and ski before
leaving for my next overnight elsewhere. What time does the ski day start?
How long does it last. Is it too slushy by 2.00pm. I see the half day pass
starts at 10.30 is this because the day is over by 2.00.
Any other information or advice would be helpful.

Many thanks
Snorer
