Even if you have downloaded and installed these codecs on your ... I search google with your subject line first response

wrote: Where to get it and how it works? Anyone has an actual experience? Tia, IS Yes, MPEG-2 Codec will allow you to open MPEG-2 (DVD,SVCD,VOB) files in TMPGEnc and in MS Media Player, plus a host of other programs. This is very old and buggy so try instead ffdshow or Dscaler Mpeg Filter.
