Default Michigan Cup Says "Turn Yourself In..."

The Michigan Cup Committee today clarifies what techniques are legel
in Michigan Cup classic races
(http://www.nordicskiracer.com/cgi-bi...asp?NewsID=119)
and asks racers to disqualify themselves if they knowingly skated in
the last couple classic races
